Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation dated 28th January, 2021 before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur being the respondent no.5 in the instant writ petition, but the same has not been considered by the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Burdwan till date. Ms. Samajpati, learned Counsel appearing for the State is present.

Heard both the parties.

As the representation dated 28th January, 2021 is still pending, I request the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur being the respondent no.5 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th January, 2021 at page 26 of the writ petition and pass a reasoned order, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing not only to the petitioner but also to the necessary respondent authorities and to allow all the parties to produce

necessary documents at the time of hearing. The Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur is also requested to communicate such decision at an earliest.

Learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner is also requested to serve a copy of this writ petition to the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur along with the order of this Court positively within 7 days from today.

The writ petition being WPA 6529 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the writ petition, all the issues are left open to the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Medinipur to be decided by him.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit have been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
