The petitioners apprehend that there may be interference with the peaceful enjoyment of their property.

To that effect, the petitioners made a representation before the Officerin-charge of Minakhan Police Station. The Officer-in-charge of Minakhan Police Station has submitted a report which reflects that on or about 11.03.2025, a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS have been drawn up to

maintain peace and/or tranquility in the area.

Since the police authorities are already in knowhow of ground reality, they would continue to oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility or, any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5717 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
