(A) 1460 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Kashipur Police Station Case No. 9 of 2022 dated 30.01.2022 under Sections 447/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and adding Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Maidul Islam Saha ..... petitioner Mr. Samiran Mondal Mr. Abhinaba Dan .... for the petitioner Mr. Sudip Kumar ... for the State Considering the fact that the stolen articles were recovered from the vehicle owned by the petitioner and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1460 of 2022 is dismissed.
