The State of West Bengal The present revision of the year 2020 is for quashing of the proceeding arising out of Sessions Case No. 15 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. (S) No. 1677 of 2018 arising out of S.T.F. P.S. Case No. 24 under Sections 489B/489C/120B of the Indian Penal Code 417/376/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law.
