The only issue involved in this revisional application is a prayer for expeditious disposal of Matrimonial Suit No. 581 of 2020 pending before the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman.

The nature of the prayer does not demand any notice to be served upon the opposite party and service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with. Considering the facts and circumstances, learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman is requested to dispose of Matrimonial Suit No. 581 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible but without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parities. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned District Judge, Purba Bardhaman.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
