Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is an accused in this case. An FIR was lodged in the year 2013. A charge sheet was submitted in the same year. In spite of taking steps before the learned trial Court, till date the trial has not commenced.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that there is an inordinate delay in concluding the present proceeding.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is requested to conclude the proceeding in accordance with law and at the earliest, without granting any unnecessary

adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing shorter dates.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
