Learned Public Prosecutor is present and files a report dated 19.04.2023 submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Hare Street P.S. The said report be made part with the record. The matter is heard in presence of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The present revision had been preferred against an order dated 11.04.2017 passed by the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta in G.R. Case No. 1466 of 2016.

By the said order, the learned Magistrate considering the materials on record and also the 'naraji' petition of the de facto complainant, who is the petitioner herein had allowed the naraji petition and directed further investigation in the said case. From the report submitted before the Court today, this Court finds that a further investigation as directed by the Court vide order dated 11.04.2017 has been conducted. The prayer in this revision is for completion of the further investigation.

From the report filed, it is seen that further investigation has been concluded and the allegations of the complainant again could not be substantiated and once again a final repot being FRT No. 12 dated 16.03.2020 has been submitted as "mistake of fact" before the learned C.M.M., Calcutta.

Considering the said report, it is found that the prayer made by the petitioner has already been complied with by the Investigating Authority and accordingly the present revision has now become infructuous.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
