In the 3rd line of the 3rd paragraph of the second page of the order dated August 30, 2022, the expression 'North 24 Pgs. (South)'

shall stand corrected to read as '24-Parganas (South)'.

The writ petition shall stand disposed of.

In view of the above, CAN 1 of 2022 shall also stand disposed of.

The documents filed by the petitioner be kept on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated August 30, 2022.
