They are requested to represent the State in this case. Their engagement may be regularized in due course. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is an accused in this case. An FIR was lodged in the year 2014. A charge sheet was submitted on 09.09.2019. In spite of taking steps before the learned trial Court, till date the trial has not commenced.

Heard the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that there is an inordinate delay in concluding the present proceeding.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is requested to conclude the proceeding at the earliest and

in accordance with law and particularly, to consider the question of framing of charge as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the next date of hearing.

With these observations, the revisional application is disposed of.
