Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 04-03-2024 Subha Item no. 78 Ct no.34 CRR 885 of 2023 Sri Pradip Kumar Shaw -versus- Shri Vinayak Developers On 12-10-2023, when the revisional application was called an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. The revisional application appeared on 1st March, 2024 as also today, i.e., 04-03-2024 when none represented the petitioner. I have considered the documents which have been enclosed along with the revisional application and having regard to the documents which have been made a foundation for quashing of the proceedings, I am of the view that the said documents are not of sterling quality to be appreciated by this court for being taken at its face value. As such, no interference is called for and the present revisional application being CRR 885 of 2023 is dismissed.
