It has been brought to the notice of the Court that a notification dated 12th March, 2025 has been published by the OSD & Ex-Officio P & AR Department (W.B.C.S. Cell) to the effect that Shri. Nishanta Mukherjee, WBCS (Exe), Batch-2006, Senior Deputy Secretary, West Bengal Health Recruitment Board under Health & Family Welfare Department has been appointed as Senior Deputy Secretary, West Bengal Health Recruitment Board with Additional Charge of Registrar, West Bengal Medical Council until further orders.

In view of the aforesaid notification, the Acting Registrar, West Bengal Medical Council is directed to take steps for issuance of the Permanent Registration Certificate and the No Objection Certificate in favour of the petitioners in accordance with law, at the earliest but positively by 26th March, 2025.

The petitioners will be permitted to collect the aforesaid documents from the office of the Registrar, Medical Council subject to compliance of all necessary formalities.

The notification dated 12th March, 2025 is taken on record.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

6.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
