Case No. 47/2019 dated 02.11.2019 under Sections 366A/368/370/370A/372/373/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4/5/6/7/9 of the Immoral Traffic Act 1956 and Sections 4/17/21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned counsel for the State present in Court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
