1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 27.2.2025 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 528 of 2025, the petitioner was directed not to enter the jurisdiction of Asansol Sub-division. However, the they were also directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks. The regular Court fell within the jurisdiction of Asansol Subdivision. Because of the restraint put on the petitioner in the said order, the petitioner could not appear the jurisdictional Court. However, the petitioner affirmed the application for modification of conditions of anticipatory bail before this Court on 28th March, 2025.

2. Heard the learned Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

3. The application for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail is disposed of by modifying the conditions imposed earlier to the following extent.

(i) Instead of entire Asansol Sub-division, the petitioner shall not enter Hirapur Police Station until further order.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for bail within four weeks from date.

4. With these observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
