In terms of the order dated 10th April, 2025 report in the form of affidavit filed by the Additional District Inspector of Schools (SE), Contai Sub-Division, Purba Medinipur is taken on record.

On perusal of the report it appears that petitioner was permitted to resume duty as assistant teacher on and from 11th April, 2025. Petitioner is also regularly permitted to put signature on the attendance register. In view of resumption of duty by the petitioner in terms of the previous order dated 10th April, 2025 writ petition stands disposed of. However, this order

shall not preclude the petitioner to make application for sanction of leave as well as lodging complaints against any stake holder of the school in question before the concerned respondent authorities.
