1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Service on the de facto complainant is incomplete.

3. None the less, we considered the materials in the case diary in order to find out whether or not, hearing the de facto complainant is necessary.

4. We find from the case diary that two ladies recorded statements under Section 183 of the BNSS, 2023. Both implicated the petitioner before us in rape. Apparently, the two ladies were called for the purpose of photo shoot at a hotel where the petitioner was present. He committed rape on the two ladies.

5. Both the ladies underwent medical examination.

6. In view of the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

8. CRM (A) 922 of 2025 is dismissed.
