We have heard learned counsel for the parties. We are satisfied that there was sufficient reason for the absence of learned advocate for the appellant on the date when the matter was dismissed for default. Accordingly, the order dated April 6, 2022 is recalled. M.A.T. 380 of 2020 is restored to its original file and number.

Let the appeal be listed in the next Monthly List. CAN 1 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of.
