Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that that the petitioner is a cosmetologist. The petitioner was falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary.

There is a certificate annexed to this petition. No doubt the police will investigate into the veracity of such certificate and whether the petitioner is entitled to claim himself to be a cosmetologist on the strength of the certificate or not.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, the requirement of the custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be ruled out.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1465 of 2022 is, thus, dismissed.
