Having regard to the fact that the earning of the husband was taken into consideration by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, 1st court, Purulia in connection with Misc. Case No. 101 of 2021 and thereafter an aggregated sum of Rs.17,000/- per month was awarded as interim maintenance (Rs.7000/- per month for the wife and Rs.10,000/- per month for the daughter), I am of the view that no interference is called for in respect of the impugned order dated 03-11-2021.

If there are change of circumstances, petitioner would be at liberty to take outs an application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial court. . With the above observations, the present revisional application being CRR 888 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
