1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause of action of the writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the relief sought by the petitioners having already been afforded to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the petitioners seek to withdraw the matter. The written instruction in that regard filed in court today be kept on record.

3. In terms of the prayer of the petitioners, WPA No. 6048 of 2024 is disposed of as withdrawn without any order as to costs.

4. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
