Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Pandua Police Station as well as the Superintendent of Police, Hooghly. The concerned public servant will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Mr. Basu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State. He is ready with the report.

Having regard to the fact that the directions are for filing a fresh representation, I am not inclined to take into consideration the report which is in the possession of the learned counsel appearing for the State.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5737 of 2025 is disposed of.
