Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by the alleged contemnors.

Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that the order has, in fact, been complied within time, that is, within three weeks.

A scanned copy of the relevant document to show payment in compliance with the order of this Court, filed by learned counsel for the alleged contemnors today, be kept on record.

In any event, since the petitioner herself takes the stand that the order has been complied with, there is no scope of continuing with the contempt application. 5.

Accordingly, CPAN 404 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.
