1. The petitioners are all candidates, who participated in TET-2014.

2. The petitioners relied upon an order passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 3rd November, 2022 in W.P.A. No. 20745 of 2022 declaring 82 marks as the pass marks for the TET-2014.

3. The petitioners now seek benefit in the year 2024, of the said order. They claim that they are entitled to be treated similarly as the petitioners in W.P.A. No. 20745 of 2022 and be given the same benefits.

4. This Court is of the view that the petitioners are fence sitters. Since they woke up for their rights for the first time in the year 2024. The question of granting any benefit of the order dated 3rd November, 2022 to the petitioners does not cannot arise.

5. This Court, in any event, does not wish to make any observations as to whether it shall follow the order dated 3rd November, 2022.

6. In view of the above, the instant writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed for delay and laches.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.
