The matter was adjourned on 8th March, 2022 on the prayer of Mr. Bari. However, today Mr. Bari submits that the brief is not traceable and he again prays for an adjournment.

It appears that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to move this matter. Prayer for adjournment is refused.

Accordingly, the writ petition along with application stand dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
