Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 4 months 21 days. He has been arrested on the basis of the statement of co-accused. Learned advocate for the State, on the other hand, submits that the investigation of the case is in progress. Having considered that the investigation of the case is in progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the charge-sheet is submitted.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 469 of 2026 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly
