Mr. Debrup Bhattacharya, learned advocate, was directed to appear on behalf of the newly impleaded Pradhan who was also present in court on the last occasion.

However, Mr. Bhattacharya is not present before the court. The Pradhan, Ms. Bulu Biswas, is also not present.

Let a Rule be issued on the present Pradhan Ms. Bulu Biswas, returnable on 4th July, 2024 when this matter will be taken up at 3:30 p.m.
