Learned counsel for the opposite party submits that the matter has become infructuous as Misc Case No. 119 of 2024, out of which the impugned order dated 20th February, 2024 was passed, has been dropped by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate Court Uluberia, Howrah vide order dated 19th December, 2024.
