At the time of call Mr. Hossain, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the issue involved in this writ petition relates to grant of benefit of reservation in favour of Siksha Samprasarak working in Madhyamik Siksha Kendra which has not been provided in West Bengal School Service Commission (Selection for Appointment to the Posts of Teachers for Upper Primary Level of Schools) Rules, 2016. It has further been submitted that the identical issue is being considered by a coordinate Bench in connection with batch of writ petitions.

Today no one is representing the respondents.

In view of aforesaid submission being made on behalf of the petitioners, the writ petition is presently delisted with a liberty to approach the coordinate Bench for inclusion of this writ petition in the list.
