The Officer-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate has filed a report dated 1st March, 2023 and the same is taken on record. It appears from the report that on the petitioner's complaint FIR being Naihati Police Station Case No.252/22 dated 12th June, 2022 has been registered under Sections 448, 324, 325, 506, 34 of the IPC. Officer-in-Charge, Naihati Police Station shall warn the private respondents against misbehaving with the petitioner. In the event of any further misbehavior, coercive measures shall be taken against the private respondents.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
