Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing of the representation of the petitioner dated 21st July, 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties and without going into the merit of the aforesaid representation this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity

of hearing to the petitioner or its authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 6164 of 2024 stands disposed of. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
