Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. Petitioner submits that in spite of directions passed by this Court in the order dated 17.12.2025 in CRM(NDPS)1323 of 2025 directing for examination of the seizure list witnesses within 60 days from the next date so fixed. Till date the seizure list witnesses have not been tendered by the prosecution. None of the parties are able to apprise this Court as to whether the earlier order dated 17.12.2025 was communicated to the learned special court.

State as well as the petitioner is directed to communicate the order to the learned trial court. Learned trial court would from 60 days from the next date fixed complete the seizure list witnesses which have been tendered by the prosecution. Petitioner would

approach this Court after the evidence of the seizure list witnesses is over.

At this stage, CRM(NDPS) 471 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
