Banerjee) Mr. Subhayan Barik ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), 3rd Court at Barasat to dispose of the Title Suit No. 72 of 2011 expeditiously.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that May 22, 2025 has been fixed for filing of the written statement by some of the defendants and for service return upon the defendants.

Thus, it appears that the suit is not ready for hearing as the summons of the suit has not yet been served upon all the defendants.

For such reasons this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

With the above observation CO 895 of 2025 stands disposed of.

It will be, however, open to the petitioner to approach this Court after the suit is made ready for hearing.
