Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is unable to overcome the restriction under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985. There is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to earlier order of rejection. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM (NDPS) 329 of 2022 is rejected.
