The State of West Bengal Mr. Ali Ahasan Alamgir Ms. Soma Mal Ms. Rabia Khatoon Ms. June Modak .. for the petitioner Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of proceeding in connection with Bongaon Police Station Case No.66 of 2022 dated 17th January, 2022 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This court is informed that charge has been framed on 27th February, 2024. Witness action is yet to commence. In view of the above, the learned trial court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within two years from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR 1151 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
