The instant writ petition has been filed on 03.03.2021 in respect of the selection process for the year 2009 for the posts of Assistant Teachers in District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas. 2.

The petitioners' claim is therefore covered by the order dated 25.04.2024 passed in WPA 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal Vs. others Vs. The State of West Bengal and others).

The petitioners shall get the benefit of the said order on the same terms and conditions mentioned therein.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, connected applications are also disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
