1. Affidavit-of-service filed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is taken on record.

2. This writ petition filed as a Public Interest Litigation is in a nature of executing an earlier order dated 9th May, 2024, passed in WPA. (P) 184 of 2024. The second writ petition as a Public Interest Litigation cannot be entertained to implement an earlier order, even assuming according to the petitioner that the earlier direction has not been complied with.

Therefore, this could be a good ground to dismiss the writ petition.

3. The learned government counsel has produced a copy of the report submitted by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Patharpratima Block, South 24 Parganas dated 8th April, 2025, along with annexures and in the report it has been stated that the suit plot has been restored to its original character and nature.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that as per his instruction it has not been done so. If that is so, then it will be well-open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law and not by filing a second writ petition to implement the earlier order.

5. In the light of the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
