Banerjee) Mr. Nobiul Islam ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendants praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Lalbag, Murshidabad to dispose of Partition Suit No. 101 of 2021 expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the written statement has already been filed but the issues are yet to be framed.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, this Court feels that there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing them before the learned trial Judge.

In the light of the above submissions, CO 896 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Lalbag, Murshidabad to dispose of Partition Suit No. 101 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
