And In the matter of : Ajay Sahani @ Ajoy Sahani .... Petitioner Mr. Debasish Roy, Ld. PP ...for the State Report submitted by the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Legal), West Bengal is taken on record. Perused the report. The DIG of police (Legal), West Bengal is directed to take necessary steps so that the police personnel named in column no. 3 of the report, undergo proper training including specialized training under different provisions of the NDPS Act for a period of at least six months and only on successful completion of such training, the said police personnel can be deputed as a member of raiding team or for the purpose of investigation in connection with NDPS case, in future. CRM (NDPS) 445 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of. (Dr. Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
