C/330 of 2017 under sections 420/406/34 IPC, 1860 pending fore the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah In spite of filing this application in the year 2018, nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 702 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
