1. This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal Title Suit No. 54 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyani, Nadia.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner's submits that an application for amendment for plaint has also been filed in the suit in December 2025 which has also not yet been disposed of.

3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

4. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyani, Nadia to dispose of the petitioner's application for amendment under Order

6 Rule 17 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed. The learned Trial Court shall thereafter endeavour to dispose of the suit being Title Suit No. 54 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of the disposal of the said interlocutory application.

5. With the above observations, CO. 863 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
