On being served learned counsels for the State are present and have filed a document to show that necessary steps has been taken by the authorities concerned.

From the document it appears that no action has been taken on behalf of the respondents regarding the prayer of the petitioner since 13.06.2018.

It is further submitted that a representation dated 16.11.2018 is still pending before the authority.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner which is

dated 16.11.2018 on hearing the parties in accordance with law within 60 days from the date of this order by passing a reasoned order. In case a copy of the representation is not available with the respondent no. 4, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a copy of the representation before the authority.

WPA 5888 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the State and the petitioner are at liberty to communicate the server copy of the order to the respondent no. 4.
