The Officer-In-Charge, Memari Police Station is directed to comply with the order dated July 10, 2019 passed in Title Suit No. 158 of 2018, by which the Officer-In-Charge, Memari Police Station was directed to see that the order passed by the Court on December 19, 2018, is complied with.

It appears that an application for injunction under Order 39 Rule 1&2 of the Code of Civil Procedure was allowed on contest against the respondent nos. 4 to 25. The said respondents, who were the defendants in the suit and their associates, were restrained from interfering with the peaceful possession of the suit property. They were also restrained from causing any dispossession of the petitioners from the suit property till the disposal of the suit.

Mr. Mahata, learned advocate for the police authorities submits that on an enquiry, it was found that there is a subsisting order of injunction against the respondent nos.4 to 25.

Thus, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions upon the Officer-In-Charge, Memari Police Station. The question as to whether there has been any violation of the order of injunction has not been gone into.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
