2. In this PIL, the principal relief of petitioner is to direct the respondent no.5 to forthwith cancel the MoU entered into between the respondents no.5 and 8.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent nos.4, 5 and 6 by placing reliance on the "Joint Venture Cancellation Agreement dated 4th August, 2023" submits that the said MoU has been cancelled.

4. The registry is directed to keep this document on record safely.

5. In view of this stand of above respondents, we find no reason to entertain this PIL.

6. Accordingly, this PIL is disposed of.
