Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is also involved in the racket of extracting money from unsuspecting members of the public on promise of giving government job. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail at this stage will be inimical to the investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
