In the last line of paragraph 2 of the first page of the said order, the expression "for the year 2023" shall stand corrected and be read as "for the year 2013".

In the first line of paragraph 8 of the second page of the said order, the expression "The SubDivisional Officer, Uttar Dinajpur" shall stand corrected and be read as "The Sub-Divisional Officer, Islampur, District :Uttar Dinajpur". The names of the learned advocates as having appeared for the petitioner shall stand converted to read as having appeared for the private respondent no. 9.

The name of the learned advocate, Mr.

Prasanta Bishal shall stand included as having appeared for the petitioner.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 22.12.2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
