Calcutta vide fine slip No. J/502307/23 dated 12.07.2023. Let the said certified copy of the order be kept on record. The learned advocate for the opposite party No. 2 is present before the Court and concede to the same. The report filed by the learned advocate for the State be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
