Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the branch manager was granted anticipatory bail by the jurisdictional Court. The petitioners were falsely implicated. The petitioners did not receive any repayment.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the cashier-in-charge of the branch and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are the single window operators of the branch. The gold loan was disbursed to fictitious persons. The loans were granted on the basis of the so-called gold deposited with the Bank. The Bank is now without the so-called deposits of the gold. The petitioners are involved in the process of the disbursement. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring form

the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

CRM(A) 1479 of 2022 is dismissed.
