Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. The main issue involves in this writ petition relates to cancellation of petitioners' registration on the ground of non-filing of return.

Pursuant to the earlier order of this court dated 10th April, 2023, Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader submits on instructions dated 10th April, 2023, indicating the amount of revenue due, issued by the WBGST Authority concerned and on perusal of such instructions it appears that there is revenue dues and a copy of such instructions has been handed over to the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 5847 of 2023, is disposed of by directing the WBGST Authority concerned to open the portal of the petitioners within a week from date for a

period of 30 days and petitioners shall make payment of the revenue dues indicated in the aforesaid instructions and if the petitioners fail to make payment within 30 days from the date of opening of the portal in that event, the respondent authority concerned will be free to close the portal again and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
