Ld. Advocate submits that the said case is a maintenance proceeding, wherein the case is being delayed for Affidavit of Assets and Liabilities to be filed on behalf of the o.p. no.2.

Ld. JM, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas, is directed that in case the affidavit of assets and liabilities is not furnished by the o.p. no.2 on the next date i.e., 20.3.2024 or within a fortnight thereafter, the ld. Trial court would fix a date in the month of April, 2024 and hear out the final argument of the case.

The ld. Magistrate will pass the final verdict by 31st of May, 2024 in connection with M 241 of 2013.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 936 of 2024 is disposed of.
