The petitioner seeks a direction from this Court for expeditious disposal of the injunction application filed by the opposite party/plaintiff.

From the records, it appears that the injunction application filed by the plaintiff/opposite party is pending before the learned Court below for about two years.

Although the petitioner has not served a copy of this application on the opposite party, but in the interest of justice this revisional application is disposed of by directing the learned Civil Judge(Junior Division), 1st Court at Barasat to dispose of the injunction application filed by the opposite party/plaintiff

positively within December 15, 2020 without granting any adjournment to either of the parties on any ground whatsoever.
