It appears that vide order dated 18.2.2015, the stay of operation of the order dated 21.8.2014 of Additional District & Sessions Judge, Malda in Criminal Revision No. 51 of 2013 was passed, on condition that the same would be vacated automatically in default of making payment of maintenance to the opposite party-wife. Thereafter on 29.8.2016, this court directed the petitioner to apprise the court regarding compliance of the order dated 18.2.2015 relating to payment of maintenance amount to the opposite party-wife.

The petitioner has failed to appear and comply with the previous order.

Accordingly, the present revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
